Richard A. Magnone is an attorney at law and co-founder of Reda | Ciprian | Magnone, LLC with a law office in Chicago, Illinois. Rich concentrates his practice on mostly transactional legal matters in the areas of real estate (residential and commercial closings, residential and commercial leases, evictions, condominium conversions, landlord tenant law especially related to the Chicago Residential Landlord Tenant Ordinance); business entities (corporation and LLC formation, business contracts, purchase and sale of ongoing businesses); estate planning (wills and trusts); and probate (decedent's estates, minor's estates, disabled adult estates).
